What is Your Self-Awareness?

The foundation of all spiritual growth and personal development is the awakening of self-awareness.

Most people however are not yet self-aware, and the majority of those, are not aware that they are not aware.

We all have three eyes - 2 for looking out and 1 for looking in. Why would we want to look in when everything is happening ‘out there’? Because the treasure we seek is inside, not outside.

What is treasure?  Beauty, truth, peace, love, happiness. 

You already have the wealth what you seek. How come you don’t know this?

Simple, you never look inwards, beyond superficial memories or recent experiences, so you never see your own riches.

Take a moment to stop, look in and see. Don’t rush. Don’t search. Just look. And be aware.

A loving person lives in a loving world and a hostile person lives in a hostile world. Be aware that everyone you meet is your mirror.

The essence of a tree after it has let go of its leaves, flowers, branches, trunk and roots is the seed.

Similarly, the essence of consciousness / awareness is a thought, the essence of love is respect, the essence of happiness is contentment and the essence of abundance is simplicity.

Many essences form the foundation of power, but, above all, it is the essence of one positive and pure thought in one second that helps us quickly to empower the self. 

Your own best companion in the world is your determined pure thought.

We may not have control to stop generate thoughts. The Supreme has given us a free will / control to generate either pure or impure thoughts.

Radiate your authentic thought vibrations to others.

Do not get entangled in others’ vibrations.

People may be unreasonable, self-centered: Forgive them anyway.

 If you are honest, people may cheat you: Be Honest anyway.

What you spend years to build, someone may destroy overnight: Build anyway.

The good you do today, people may often forget tomorrow: Do Good anyway.

In the final analyses, it was never between you and them: but always you and the Supreme.
